This was my first time to use Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties. The gentleman who did the work arrived right on schedule, and he cleaned all the high traffic areas that were heavily spotted. He was a very nice person, and he did a great job for me. I know they use a special blend to clean the carpets that uses less water, and it kind of scared me at first because it dried so quickly! But the carpets look great and next time I want to get my carpets cleaned, I am going to call Chem-Dry!
