A-1 Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties cleaned my carpeting and did a good job. There was only one thing that I found a little off-putting. The technician, when he showed up, seemed to want to find a way to not do the job. He was trying to convince me that I didn’t need to have my carpeting cleaned. Finally he called his boss and once they spoke he realized that he’d have to do the job and he did it. And he did a good job. It’s old carpeting so all the stains didn’t come out, but that’s not their fault necessarily. Overall, he did professional work and he arrived on time.

I have used the services from A-1 Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties a few times now, and was quite pleased with how the recent work from them went. We had them come out because there were some issues with the carpeting in our home and they needed to be cleaned. The cleaning went quickly and without any issues, the carpets were left looking like new. A-1 Chem-Dry were outstanding. I just had them come just two days ago. They were prompt and they made sure to call first before they came so that I was on the lookout for them. I live in a townhouse and it’s hard to find sometimes, but they were right on time. Their pet products are great. I have a lot of pets, and the product is nontoxic for pets and it dries quickly. I have different cleaners and they’re always polite and friendly. Chris, in particular, was awesome. He was very, very, very, very polite. I’ve been using A-1 Chem-Dry for over ten years and I recommend them to anyone!

A-1 Chem-Dry do a good job. I did have to have a call back for them because they neglected to put the protectant on the carpet. I didn’t ask for it, though, so it might have been my fault. I would think that normally they might recommend that to the customer. The technician’s name is Jeremy and he’s very customer-friendly. He tells you helpful information and educates you. I appreciated that very much.

The gentleman at A-1 Chem-Dry was amazing. He was just so polite and he was able to tell me a lot about my flooring, such as what needed to be done and what I could do to maintain it. I had heard about them online and had seen an advertisement referencing being able to help clean old carpets. I had a really old carpet and so I used them and they did a great job. The cleaner showed up on time and did the job a lot quicker than I thought he would be able to. He was very pleasant. This was my first time using A-1 Chem-Dry and I would definitely use them again.
